Lima (Peru): The violence of Peru has taken a very rare form. The President has announced an emergency in view of the bloody violence in the capital Lima. So that the deteriorating situation can be brought under control. Explain that the President announced an emergency in the capital on Monday, and ordered the deployment of soldiers to help the police in dealing with the increasing incidents of violence.
The government of Peru’s President Dina Boluarte issued an order saying that the Emergency will remain for 30 days and during this time various activities including holding and agitation will be banned. That is, the police and the army can take people into custody without judicial orders. Peru has increased cases of murders, forced recovery and attacks in public places in recent months.
Big increase in cases of murder and recovery
Peru’s violence can also be gauged from the fact that the police registered 459 cases of murder from January 1 to March 16, while 1,909 cases of extortion were registered in January alone. The incidents of violence reached the peak after the murder of the famous singer Paul Flores of the famous band ‘Armonia 10’ on Sunday.
