UPSC Result 2025: More than one and a half dozen candidates of Bihar have won the UPSC Civil Services Examination this time. When the result was released on Tuesday, the names of three candidates of Bihar were also included in the top 20 list. At the same time, many candidates from different districts achieved success this time. Yash Vishen, who hails from Bhagalpur, cracked UPSC examination for the third consecutive time and secured 452nd rank.
Father has died, mother is working in Collectorate
Yash Vishen is the son of late Dhirendra Kumar Shahi and Uma Shahi, resident of Vikramshila Colony Urdu Bazaar in Bhagalpur. Not only his family but the entire district is proud of Yash. Yash’s father has passed away. He was an APP in Bhagalpur court. While Yash’s mother is working in the Collectorate.

Crack’s UPSC exam for the third time
Yash has won the UPSC examination for the third consecutive time. Yash continued his effort for better rank. For the first time he got 627 rank. If he did not get satisfaction from this rank, then he sat again in the examination. He brought the 624th rank for the second time but he was not satisfied. Yash gave the exam for the third time too. He has got the 452nd rank this time and he feels that this time he will get IPS.
Mantra given to pass UPSC exam…
Yash did his schooling in Bhagalpur itself. He did plus two from Bokaro and after that he went to Mumbai to prepare for Marchant Navy. In Mumbai itself, Yash decided to become an IAS and started working hard. Yash described the secret of his success. He said that the role of self -study to crack UPSC is big. In which there is a passion to read 10 to 12 hours and study in this direction.
Advice given on the use of mobile
Yash told that nowadays the prevalence of mobile among students has increased considerably. But if you use mobile properly then it is helpful in preparation. But there are many dimensions of disorientation in mobile, it should be avoided. Then you will be able to achieve the goal.
