Yogi government will soon recruit 28,138 posts in police department
Lucknow: The Yogi government in UP will soon recruit soldiers to 28,138 posts in the police department. For this, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced to start a new recruitment process in the months of April and May. The board will start the recruitment process for various posts in April and May. The board has completed more than sixty thousand constables and more than fourteen hundred posts of radio cadre this year.
Recruitment process will start in these posts in April and May
The UP Police Recruitment Board has prepared the outline of the upcoming recruitment process as per the intention of the government. The board will start the process of inviting applications from the candidates from the last week of April 2025 or the first week of May 2025. In this recruitment process, 4,242 posts of Sub Inspector (Civil Police), 135 posts of Platoon Commander (PAC), 60 posts of Platoon Commander (Special Forces) and 106 posts of women PC for district Bandayu, Lucknow and Gorakhpur, which will be recruited for a total of 4,543 posts.
Apart from this, the recruitment process for various posts at the reserve level will also start at the same time. This includes constable PAC, constable specific force and 15,904 posts of women constable PAC, 3,245 posts of constable (Civil Police), 71 posts of Rakshi Monkey Police and 2,833 posts of Jail Warden. Under this, a total of 22,053 posts will be recruited at the reserve level. In this way, the recruitment process for a total of 26,596 posts will start soon.
1153 posts of computer operator Grade A will also be recruited
Along with this, the recruitment process for 44 posts of radio assistant operator and 1,153 posts of computer operator Grade-A will also be started in April-May 2025. Thus, more than thirty thousand different posts will be recruited soon. Under the skilled player, the recruitment process will also start for 91 posts of Sub Inspector Citizen Police and Reserve Civil Police 372 and Reserve PAC 174 posts. In this, the process of scrutiny and sports skills test of records will be started from the third week of April.
