In 2023 she celebrated her comeback as a solo artist. As such, she was active with the band Abba before her career. This is how Agnetha has changed.
Together with Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Agnetha Fältskog formed the ABBA group. The Swedes celebrated their big breakthrough 51 years ago: On the evening of April 6, 1974, they won the Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton English with their song “Waterloo”. In the 1970s, the band was then successful worldwide. Then the ABBA hysteria decreased. As before the time with the band, Agnetha Fältskog then devoted himself from time to time solo projects.
On April 5, Agnetha Fältskog celebrates her 75th birthday. It was only in 2023 that she surprisingly delivered a new album: “A+” is a new edition of her record from 2013. Freisekog divided some current recordings on Instagram. The singer is still blonde and blue -eyed on these, as ever. However, there has not been much on the profile since two years ago.
In May 2024 there was a common appearance in Felling cogs with their former ABBA colleagues. The musicians came to the royal castle in Stockholm, where King Carl XVI. Gustaf and Queen Silvia awarded them the vasaords. With the order, the world stars received the title “Commander of the first class”.

Fältskog has largely withdrawn from the public. At the beginning of the 1980s she explained in an open letter: “I protect my private life, I do everything to protect it, especially for the benefit of my children.” She later described herself as melancholic, emotional, romantic – and a little fearful, for example before flying.
With Ulvaeus, Fallenkog was not only successful professionally, but also married from 1971 to 1979. The two have two children named Linda and Christian. She would have preferred to spend more time with them than to perform on the big stages of the world. “It was exhausting to be on these enormous tours,” revealed Fältskog 2014 in one of her rare public appearances in the program “Skavlan”. “We traveled so much, had two children at home. From the luxury suite I am back to the crockery, and I think that was pretty nice.”
Again and again, Felling cog was in the media at the beginning of the two thousands, because of a fan she owned by her who persecuted and harassed her. Later it was said that Felling cog was said to have been in a relationship with this man for two years. The fan was in custody several times.
But with all of this she remained true to the music, took out solo albums. With “A” she reached third place on the German album charts in 2013. Felling cog is satisfied today. “I do not mourn my celebrity from ABBA times,” she told “Myway” in 2015. “Sure, it was a wonderfully crazy time – but it is over forever, a closed chapter.”
