Next March 27, the General Council of Procurators of Spain (CGPE) will celebrate at its headquarters in Madrid (Serrano Anguita Street, 8) an important training day on «the organizational and procedural measures of the Organic Law 1/2025of January 2, of measures in the field of efficiency of the public justice service and its impact on the exercise of the prosecutor ».
The day, which will begin at 4:30 p.m. will be inaugurated by Mr. Ricardo Garrido RodríguezPresident of the General Council of Procurators of Spain, and Mr. Manuel Olmedo Palacios, Secretary of State for Justice. Coordination and moderation will be carried out by Mr. Alberto N. García BarrenecheaSecretary of the Council.
The program will address four fundamental thematic axes of judicial reform:
- The new judicial organization: With presentations on the courts of instance and the offices of justice in the municipalities, in charge of Mr. José Carlos Orga LarrésMember of the General Council of the Judiciary, and Ms. Verónica Ollé SeséGeneral Director for the Public Justice of Justice.
