The Balearic Islands will have a total of 82 vans of the National Police where citizens can renew your ID or issue a passport In just ten minutes. Another novelty that these vans will contribute is the possibility of issuing passports, a document that until today was made only in the documentation units.

It is worth mentioning that this action is part of the digital identity plan launched by the General Directorate of the Police. The acquisition of Vidoc vans have had a transformation cost of almost 15,000,000 euros financed by the European Union through the Next Generation Funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
