Dosha Siddha accused Chhotu Thakur alias Ved Prakash Thakur, a resident of Bihra police station area, was sentenced under various sections in the case of kidnapping by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Poxo Rakesh Kumar of the Behavior Court.
