Simpar (simh3), holding company that encompasses names such as Go (Vamo3), moved (Movi3) and Automob (AMOB3), released its results on Wednesday, 26. The company reversed net loss and had a adjusted net profit of $ 82 million, up $ 296 million compared to 4T23.
“We spent a strong growth cycle, we enter a cycle that will grow yes, but the focus is on efficiency and extracting the highest value. We are in business that proves resilient, in more diverse situations, and this diversification I think is a fortress of the group,” says Denys Ferrez, CFO of Simpar. The moment of simpar, in his view, is of consolidation of the constructed foundations.
The company has advanced in all major balance lines, with a 32% increase in profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) adjusted at R $ 2.7 billion. In the year, the adjusted EBITDA was R $ 10.5 billion, an annual rise of 28%.

Gross revenue, in turn, was R $ 8.9 billion in the quarter, up 25% in the annual comparison.

At JSL (JSLG3), contractual volume began to bear fruit and the company continues to offer operational safety, rather than seeking leadership in an admittedly fragmented market.

“Often there is a ability to have flexibility to meet something extraordinary that the customer has. So you have this tranquility with JSL, and when you start facing a macro scenario like we have the highest interest rates today, you unfortunately have the lowest smoother,” says the CFO.
Among the highlights of the company’s balance sheet, are the generation of important free cash, as well as the advance in the revenue.
Movida (Movi3), in turn, faces a moment of work not yet completed but consistent in the CFO’s view. “It is a company that is very organized, made its fleet adjustment, has the fleet balanced, in the proper profile. Again, it has gone through the growth phase, so now it has been improving its performance,” he says.

For 2025, the company should focus more on efficiency than growth, as will be the group’s tonic.
In Goi (Vamo3), the inflection that the market begins to see was highlighted by the executive. The company was reintroduced in the market and the balance was expected with expectation by the transaction made at the end of the year.
“I think it is a company with a very linear behavior. Investor likes, right? We will talk about growth in a more gradual way that allows it, besides growing, to break up. It has, as an opportunity of the year, a stock of active paid to go into operation,” he says.

The company’s new history, Automob (AMOB3), is presented on three main fronts: cars, trucks and agro.
“I think Agro in Brazil is a tremendous power. We had, within these agro paths, events that concern our own management and learning. So I think now within a single company, focusing on a dealership business profile, we will be much faster and more aware of the intrinsic characteristics of the business that could, for example, have dictated some of the paths we had,” he says.
The executive sees many opportunities for the company but considers that the business still depends on the “investor’s patience” in his words.

Among the other companies of the group, CSINFRA brings news, such as the entry into operation of Porto and the new concessions (East Block and Lot 5 Mato Grosso). Although investments are not yet a tendency to return in the next quarters, the executive points out that the return can be seen in 2025. Ciclus Ambiental, composed by Ciclus Amazonia and Ciclus Rio, recovered from capital structure affected by the definition and implementation of reflex, which was signed only in December 2023. The capital structure also affected CSBrasil data. The BBC, an arm that supports the other divisions, had growth in the credit portfolio and, therefore, default below the market average.
