Kyiv: Negotiations between American and Russian negotiaters on a partial ceasefire in Ukraine on Monday began in Saudi Arabia. This information has been revealed from Russian news reports. This negotiation began a few hours after a round of talks between the US and Ukraine delegation. According to the news of the government news agency ‘Tas’ and ‘RIA-Novosti’, the talks began in the capital Riyadh and after this meeting, there is a possibility of a more meeting between the parties of the US and Ukraine.
