Bihar land registry: Patna. In Bihar, now the documents of land registration will no longer sign the ryots who buy and sell. During the registration, the biometric mark on the document of the buyer and the seller will be considered their digital sign. The state is moving towards paperless or e-registration. In this episode itself, the document is now being freed from signature. This system has also been implemented in all types of registration of liquor prohibition, product and registration department.

10 registration offices became paperless

The Department of Alcohol Prohibition, Products and Registration has issued a letter to start paperless registration in 10 registration offices in the initial phase. In Sheikhpura, Jehanabad and Bhojpur Under Registration offices, the new process is preparing for the registry of land. Apart from this, there will be registration of land with e-registration in Sonpur (Saran), Patepur (Vaishali), Flood, Flood, Fatuhan and Sampatchak (Patna), Dehri (Rohtas) and Kesariya (East Champaran) Under Registration offices. Deputy Inspector General of Deputy Registration of the Department Sushil Kumar Suman has asked to prepare to register with e-registration software in the said registration offices.

There will be a big change in the registration process

According to the departmental officer, this will bring a big change in the registration process. This will also bring transparency. Also, the buyer and seller will not take much time. Under this process, no work will be done on paper now. All information about the land which was given on paper till now, will be directly entered in the computer. The buyer, seller and land information, along with the amount of purchase and sale, will be filled at the computer itself. The buyer and seller can see the print out for their satisfaction and see it. If there is any kind of amendment, he can get it done. After this, this e-copy will go from the employee to the officer.

Land document will be linked to Aadhaar

After this process, the biometric of the buyer, seller, witness and identifier will be the same as before. After the entry of the Aadhaar number of the buyer and the seller, they will be matched with their biometric. After this, OTP will come on their number. After the completion of this process, it will be believed that the buyer and the seller were signed through the digital sign. After this, the action of monoton will be done in front of the District Under Registrar or Under Registrar. In this way, the process of registration will be done without any paper. With the implementation of the new system of the government, cases of land sales disturbances will be reduced considerably.
