RCB vs PBKS: Punjab Kings (PBKS) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by five wickets on Friday in a 14 -over match of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) on the basis of the bowlers’ brilliant performance. Hazlewood was the most successful bowler of RCB, he took three wickets for 14 runs while Bhuvneshwar Kumar got two successes. Due to rain and drizzle, the match started at 9:45 pm with a delay of two and a half hours and Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer did not hesitate to bowl first.

In three overs, he gave 11 and 10 runs respectively in their respective quota. Chasing the target, Priyansh Arya (16) hit Yash Dayal and Prabhasimran Singh (13) hit fours against Bhubaneswar. Prabhasimran, however, was caught by a celestial shot off the ball of Bhubaneswar and caught David. Arya sent Hazlewood’s ball to the audience in the next over. After these two tremors, the Punjab batsmen adopted a cautious attitude but English reduced the pressure against Krunal Pandya with two consecutive fours.
