On Tuesday, the leaders of all the big Muslim organizations of the country arrived at Delhi’s Lalkatora Stadium to decide the outline of Waqf’s new law. In this conference organized by All India Muslim Personal Law Board, it was decided that this war will continue till the new Waqf law is not taken back. Maulana is saying that the government has changed the Waqf Act and intervened in the religious matters of Muslims. But Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that the Waqf law has nothing to do with religion. He said that there is no word like Waqf in the Quran. Arif Mohammad Khan asked why Waqf’s properties were not used for poor and weaker sections? He asked why commercial shops, malls, hotels and residential flats were built on Waqf’s property? Arif Mohammad Khan said that those who are showing fear of government occupation on Waqf should tell what the Waqf Board has used the Waqf property till now? The purpose for which the property was walked was used for that work? Did schools become schools for poor children on Waqf lands, become a hospital? He said that the people responsible for the Waqf Board, Maulanas should learn from Christian missionaries who built schools, hospitals and today Muslims lines in front of missionary schools for admission of their children.

Arif Saheb’s talk is completely right, sixteen is true, because at the prime location in big cities of the country, where there is a Waqf land, shopping complexes, malls have been built, residential flats have been formed. The Shia Waqf Board of Patna’s Dak Bungalow intersection has about 30 properties of thousands of crores, this land cannot be sold, lease can be given on lease, Mutavalli has the right to lease the Waqf Board’s property on lease for only 11 months, but the surprise is that the land of crores is sold in a lot of land. Now malls, marketing complexes have been made here. Similarly, the Waqf Board of Karnataka has rented its 14 thousand 855 buildings for commercial use. The maximum number of 1 thousand 672 buildings in it are in Bangalore. The Waqf Board earns just Rs 77 crore from the commercial property every year. A five star hotel has been built in Bangalore on Waqf’s land. What Arif Mohammad Khan told about Waqf is surprising. Many things are understood by this. Like Waqf’s word is not in the Quran, but Maulana is connecting Waqf with religion because it is easy to add people in the name of religion. According to Arif Saheb, the Quran says that for the weak and poor sections, spend money by opening it, but no one has built a hospital or a yatim jakhan on the property of Waqf. Waqf has a property worth thousands of crores, but the manager of this property sold it at a quarter of a price for commercial use. The land which was donated to the poor made it a source of earning. If the manage to the property did not do these work, there was no need to change the law. The new law of Waqf has come, while discussing it, they should be kept in mind.

Murshidabad, Mamta, Muslim and Rehabilitation

In Murshidabad, West Bengal, on April 11-12, the rioters committed violence against the Waqf Act, a video of his rage has come out. On 12 April, a crowd of rioters dragged Hargovind Das and his son Chandan Das with sharp weapons in Murshidabad. A video of the ruthlessness that took place on that day came out in which Hargovind Das and his son Chandan Das are seen lying on a blood -soaked road. These photos are terrible. Hargovind Das and Chandan Das had no fault, they had nothing to do with the Waqf Act or Waqf Board. Nevertheless, a crowd of rioters entered their house and dragged the father and son with sharp weapons because he was a Hindu. Hindus are still in Murshidabad. Mamta Banerjee’s government is forcibly bringing those people back to Murshidabad, who left their homes after the violence and fled to Malda and living in refugee camps. 300 such families were forcibly sent back from Malda’s government shelter and sent back to Murshidabad. But there are no arrangements for these people to live in Murshidabad. There is nothing left in their burnt houses. The government has installed only one tent under the open sky. Old children and elderly are sitting below it, there is no food arrangement and there is water to drink. The rules of self -regulations for the media, due to them, I could not show you the terrible video of the murder of innocent people in Murshidabad in my show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ or else your blood would have been boiled. Those who were forced to leave the house and run away, the condition of their homes is scared. The homeless, helpless people who have been brought to the camp are going to cry. I will appeal to the state government to first take care of these poor people, they should be given security and two meals along with the house. Mamta Banerjee is the Chief Minister of all, not any one section or any one class.

Is Rahul Gandhi insulting India on foreign soil?

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is in America nowadays. He once again questioned the fairness of the Election Commission of India in America. Rahul Gandhi said during a conversation with students of Indian origin at Boston’s Brown University that there is a serious problem in India’s election system and the Election Commission is no longer fair. He gave the example of Maharashtra assembly elections. Rahul Gandhi said, more than the adult voters in Maharashtra, more people cast their votes in the assembly elections, the Election Commission gave us the voting figure from 5.30 pm, 65 lakh people voted from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm, it is impossible to get this. When we asked for voting footage from the Commission, they not only refused to give it but also changed the rules. Rahul Gandhi describes his defeat in Maharashtra as the misappropriation of the Election Commission, but rigging is in his own words. On January 18, Rahul Gandhi said that the Lok Sabha elections and assembly elections in Maharashtra were held. So there was a difference of one crore voters between him, that is, one crore voters increased. In Parliament on 3 February, Rahul Gandhi said that between the Lok Sabha and the assembly elections, 70 lakh new voters came to Maharashtra. According to the figures given by the Election Commission, the difference of voters between the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra is 40 lakhs. Meaning 40 lakhs increased. Secondly, in the complaint made by the Congress party to the Election Commission, it was said that the number of voters increased by 47 lakhs between the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra. The Election Commission gave details of 66 pages in response to this. I do not have enough time to share all this detail with you. But the big thing is that the Election Commission described these allegations as baseless and asked the opposite question how more than 28 lakh new voters were formed in Maharashtra within 2 months in the 2019 elections. When the Congress and Maha Vikas Aghadi government was formed in 2019, no one questioned the increase in the number of voters. It is clear from the answer of the Election Commission that Rahul Gandhi is not only misleading his party but is also trying to tarnish the image of India by questioning the credibility of the Election Commission outside the country.
