He twisted the truth, portraying Ibaadat as a cunning and deceitful woman. Mannat’s mistrust and hatred for Ibaadat deepened when she learned that Farhaan had been paid by Ibaadat to kill her. Farhaan had even visited their home the previous night with the intent to murder Mannat, receiving instructions from Ibaadat on how to carry out the act. To further convince Subhan, Farhaan showed him a doctored video that they had edited together, using it as evidence against Ibaadat.
Subhan was left in shock, unable to believe what he was hearing. Mannat and Farhaan’s plan seemed to be working perfectly. Farhaan pretended to apologize to both Subhan and Mannat, but Mannat, heartbroken over losing Subhan’s love, lashed out at Farhaan. She also attempted to gain sympathy from Subhan, who was now utterly confused and unsure of what to do.
