In the episode of “Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti” aired on July 27, 2024, the story starts with Shakti expressing her relief to Shiv that their son Karthik is safe. Shiv acknowledges this but reminds her that they need to return home to finish some unresolved matters. Shakti is curious about what he means. Shiv explains that they need to inspect the place where they previously heard a heartbeat under the ground. He feels that someone is trying to control their lives, and it’s time to take back control.

Shiv and Shakti arrive home to find municipality workers digging a hole at the spot where they heard the heartbeat. The workers are investigating strange noises reported by locals, supposedly caused by a burst pipe. Shiv’s family members question the workers, and Shakti and Shiv observe the situation closely. Mohini, watching from a distance, seems to have her own plans.

Meanwhile, Koyal invites Dharam to her ad shoot, suggesting it could benefit his business. Dharam is skeptical, but Koyal reassures him, claiming she has forgiven him. Rimjhim, seeing their interaction, becomes angry. Koyal gives tea to Rimjhim, who throws it away in frustration. Koyal taunts Rimjhim, saying her family now belongs to her. Rimjhim asks if they can’t coexist, but Koyal dismisses her, implying that Rimjhim’s disobedience to her parents makes living together difficult. During their argument, Rimjhim accidentally causes hot tea to spill on Koyal’s hand, and Koyal steps on broken glass, injuring herself.

Shiv’s family demands an explanation from the municipality officers for digging in front of their house. The officers explain that the noise complaints led them to investigate the underground pipe burst. Shakti remains skeptical, sensing something more is at play. Mohini plots to exploit the situation to her advantage.

Back inside, Rimjhim feels guilty and warns Koyal to be careful. Koyal accuses Rimjhim of fake concern. Manorama and her husband arrive, and Manorama tends to Koyal’s injuries, suspecting Rimjhim of intentionally harming her. Rimjhim insists it was an accident, but Manorama demands she apologize to Koyal, which Rimjhim refuses.

Shiv begins to doubt the mysterious heartbeat, believing it might just be the sound of the burst pipe. Shakti, however, isn’t convinced and suspects there’s more to it, especially given Mohini’s suspicious behavior. Meanwhile, Manorama and Dharam decide to take Koyal to the hospital. As they leave, Manorama confronts Rimjhim again, leading to more tension.

During the commotion, Mohini notices Baba’s finger sticking out from the soil and becomes visibly anxious. Shakti, observing Mohini’s fear, becomes determined to uncover the truth. She starts to approach the spot, but Karthik calls out to her, momentarily distracting her.

An officer named Vinod arrives and introduces himself as being from the water department. He confirms that the noises are due to a burst pipe underground. Despite this explanation, Shakti remains suspicious, especially noting Mohini’s continued anxious glances at the spot.
