An ex-hospice employee is said to have tried to kill his former boss by car. The trial of the man has now started before the Braunschweig district court, as a spokeswoman said. Among other things, he is accused of attempted homicide and dangerous intervention in road traffic.
According to the indictment, the 28-year-old in August 2024 in Wolfenbüttel should try to run over his former boss. On the site of the hospice, the accused geriatric nurse stopped at the other man and ultimately drove his car into the building unchecked. A wood gate finally prevented his former boss squeezed.
According to the information, the then accused had recently been terminated. He may not have been fully guilty when committing the crime. At least two other dates are scheduled for the process in April.
