Only the Aldi online shop, in which non-food articles are sold almost exclusively, such as household appliances, multimedia, home improvement and furnishings are sold. Orders in the online shop are still possible until September 30th. Customers should be informed about a newsletter and a reference to the website. The Aldi online shop was founded in 2021, but is and was never profitable, according to the DPA.
Other offers not affected
The apps and website of the two discounters should continue to exist. Here you will find recipes and current special offers for food that are available in the Aldi branches. In the future, customers can continue to buy products from the non-food area. Offers such as “Aldi Talk”, “Aldi Reisen” and “Aldi Foto” also remain. (With material of the dp.)
