On May 23, 2024, Oppo is gearing up to launch its latest products in its home market, China. The Oppo Reno 12 series smartphones are set to debut, along with new color options for the Enco R3 earbuds and Oppo Pad Air 2.

The Oppo Reno 12 series smartphones, targeting the mid-range market, will be accompanied by the launch of the Enco Air 4 Pro earbuds. But that’s not all; it seems that Oppo will also introduce a new color option for the Enco R3 earbuds and Oppo Pad Air 2 in China. Let’s take a closer look at the details.

New Purple Color Variant for Oppo Pad Air 2, What Makes It Special?

Oppo is ready to launch the Pad Air 2 in a new color option. The new color is called Aurora Purple, bringing a lighter purple shade to the existing tablet lineup. It’s worth mentioning that the Pad Air 2 was initially launched in Space Grey and Streamer Silver color options. It features a 11.35-inch LCD panel with 2.4K resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor.

Powerful Battery and Dolby Atmos Sound

The tablet comes with a large 8000mAh battery pack supporting 33W wired fast charging. For photography and video calling, it offers an 8-megapixel camera on both the front and rear. Storage expansion is possible via a microSD card slot. The tablet also features a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, and a quad stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos sound.

Recently, the Enco R3 earbuds were spotted on the China Telecom website with the model number ETEC1. Based on the available information, these wearable devices provide Ultra Spatial Sound and AI call noise cancellation support. However, further details about these earbuds are yet to be revealed.
