Bihar Politics: Union Minister Panchayati Raj and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh reached Lakhisarai on Tuesday. A case of opening a medical college has also been kept in Lakhisarai. The minister has asked the DM to mark 20 acres of land for this. Referring to the Central Rural Development Schemes, he said that in the review of these schemes, in the financial year 2022- 23 and 2024 -25, there has been a good achievement of Lakhisarai in the MNREGA case related to the village poor. While this district has been very advanced even in plantation, in the plantation program, the complaint said that after investigating this, the DM has been directed to take action on the agency.
Instructions to benefit people of every class from schemes
In Lakhisarai district, 36528 old pension, 3786 is being given widow pension. While 9747 people have been selected to benefit from the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
