Last year, Marc Terenzi announced that he does not want to give up in the procedure because of the allegation of sexual harassment. Now he surprisingly pays a fine.
Last March, Marc Terenzi has to answer for the allegation of sexual harassment. The then 46-year-old is said to have put his ex-girlfriend’s 15-year-old daughter on his buttocks. Terenzi denied this. The procedure ended with the edition of a perpetrator-victim compensation, which the former boy band star rejected at the time. Instead, Terenzi announced that he wanted to go to court again.
Terenzi’s lawyer Andreas Hohnel told RTL last June: “The procedure will continue. The perpetrator-victim compensation has failed. This was significantly due to the fact that Marc Terenzi was perpetrator on the Internet. The fact that the procedure was hired have hidden many.”
Now the turn, as the Borna district court in Saxony confirmed on RTL request: “With the consent of all participants, the procedure against payment of a fine of 1500 euros was hired to a youth welfare facility from the local judicial district in accordance with Section 153a of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The defendant has also fulfilled the edition immediately. The procedure has now ended.” This means that Marc Terenzi is not guilty in the criminal sense and therefore also not a criminal record. Payment is not a punishment, but a fine.
Terenzi is currently planning a restart after many negative headlines, a public separation from Verena Kerth and a longer stay in a withdrawal clinic. He opened three ice cream parlors in Mallorca a few weeks ago. “I start all over and now build up a new life step by step,” he explained to the “Bild” newspaper.
