Ranchi: A friend of Manish Ranjan (Manish Ranjan), an officer of the intelligence (IB), who was killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, said that after returning from this holiday, he had planned to take his parents to visit Vaishno Devi temple. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, who was present at Ranchi Airport on Thursday to take the body of Manish Ranjan, said that he was a meritorious student.

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta said, “The father of IB officer Ranjan has recently retired from the post of Principal of Hindi High School in Jhalada. He had planned to take his parents to Vaishno Devi after this holiday. “Ranjan was posted as the ‘Section Officer’ of IB in Hyderabad and 26 people were killed in the terrorist attack on Tuesday in Pahalgam.

Another friend of Manish Ranjan, another friend Aditya Sharma, who came to Ranchi Airport to take his ancestral place in Jhalada in Purulia district of West Bengal, said, “We never thought that such an incident would happen. People say that terrorists have no religion, but innocent people were brutally killed due to their religion.
Babulal Marandi also paid tribute
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jharkhand unit president Babulal Marandi and other leaders and administrative officials paid tribute to Manish Ranjan at the airport. Babulal Marandi said that killing innocent people on the basis of religion is not forgiven. He said, “The government will bring criminals to the dock of justice. The main conspirators of the attack will not be spared. ”
