On July 31, 2024, a significant incident unfolded in the Lakshmi Narayan storyline. Kayadu confronted Lakshmi, urging her to reveal her true identity. Lakshmi simply stated that she was an ordinary woman, a devoted follower of Narayan. Meanwhile, Hiranyakashyap questioned Narayan about who would be his undoing. An Asur prophesized that it would be Hiranyakashyap’s own son. Soon after, Kayadu gave birth to a son, and Hiranyakashyap commanded a grand welcome for the newborn.

In a dramatic turn, Kayadu angrily pushed Lakshmi away and hurled her jewels at her, declaring it would dishonor her son to know a follower of Narayan assisted in his birth. Despite this, Lakshmi refused the jewels, blessed the child, and departed. Hiranyakashyap, filled with pride, proclaimed to Narayan that his son was born to fight against Narayan and rule the world. He then left, while Sukhracharya warned Narayan that this was a reaction to being insulted. He praised Hiranyakashyap, but Narayan remained calm, even causing an earthquake with a kick. He assured that righteousness would prevail over wickedness and then disappeared, leaving Sukhracharya uneasy.

Kayadu presented the newborn Prahlad to Hiranyakashyap. Sukhracharya, suspicious, questioned if this was the child Narayan mentioned. Hiranyakashyap proudly declared that Kayadu had given birth to a god’s son and wanted to hold him. Sukhracharya, however, insisted on placing the baby on the floor, causing tension. He demanded Prahlad get up and acknowledge Hiranyakashyap as a god. Hiranyakashyap doubted that a small child could obey, but Sukhracharya reminded him that Asur children grew rapidly, hinting at his own growth. Hiranyakashyap agreed but was puzzled by his own child’s slow growth. Sukhracharya was equally baffled.

Narayan explained to Lakshmi that her touch had neutralized Prahlad’s harmful inclinations, making him a normal baby. Sukhracharya decided to examine the child’s horoscope for answers, which worried Naradar. He feared Sukhracharya’s expertise might reveal the truth, endangering the baby. As Sukhracharya read the horoscope, Kayadu pleaded with him, urging him not to harm their child. Hiranyakashyap, however, saw no point in a son who wouldn’t support him and was ready to kill Prahlad.

At this critical moment, Narayan and Lakshmi, disguised, appeared and addressed Hiranyakashyap as a god, seeking his counsel for their troubles. They cleverly advised Hiranyakashyap to wait and observe before making hasty decisions. Sukhracharya agreed, and Hiranyakashyap abandoned his plan to kill Prahlad, convinced by the disguised Narayan’s advice. He declared that they would wait seven years to see Prahlad’s potential, anticipating he might grow powerful and acknowledge Hiranyakashyap as his god. Narayan and Lakshmi, relieved, smiled at this outcome.

The episode concluded with the tension eased, and the disguised Narayan and Lakshmi ensuring Prahlad’s safety for the time being.
