On August 5, 2024, the episode of Kundali Bhagya begins with Shaurya dancing with his friends. Meanwhile, Nidhi approaches Karan, asking him to announce Shaurya as the new CEO of Luthra Industries. Karan tells her to wait for five minutes as he needs to fetch some papers from inside. Shanaya asks Palki if she is worried about Rajveer losing his job. Palki confidently responds that Rajveer is talented and will easily find a new job. She believes it would be Shaurya’s loss if he fires Rajveer. Nidhi overhears and interjects, saying Luthra Industries won’t suffer without Rajveer and claims Rajveer will struggle to find another job. Karan overhears this conversation too.
Shaurya questions Sunny about the girl he took to his room. Sunny assures him he only took her to the washroom, denying any inappropriate intentions. Sandy offers Shaurya a drink, and Shaurya questions how he can drink today.
Nidhi speaks with a goon she hired to set fire to Preeta’s house but changes the topic when she notices Karan is listening. She approaches Karan, who questions her about the call. She lies, saying she was talking to Aarohi. Karan, however, suspects Nidhi’s involvement in the fire at Preeta’s house. Thinking Karan didn’t hear much, Nidhi walks away, but Mahesh then takes Karan inside. Rajveer answers a call from Karan and goes inside as well.
