Patna: Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar on Thursday launched a scathing attack on the central government and the Bharatiya Janata Party. Kanhaiya said that Tahwwur Rana, the main accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has a well-planned trick of the BJP from the US. He said that the purpose of extradition of Rana is to divert public attention from his ‘failures’. Kanhaiya also dismissed the claim of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, in which Rana’s extradition was described as the ‘diplomatic victory’ of the Narendra Modi government.
‘Trying to wander from basic problems’
