According to police, a 41 -year -old man from Vilsbiburg (Landshut district) is investigated for an attempted homicide. He is said to have hit a 75-year-old relative. The public prosecutor issued an arrest warrant on Wednesday due to the urgent suspicion of attempted manslaughter. After the demonstration at an investigative judge, he was brought to a correctional facility according to the police.
The senior had suffered serious injuries in the incident on Tuesday and is in a hospital. The background and motif are unclear.
