The outfield had become wet due to rain, which was taken up by the Punjab bowlers. RCB batsmen were forced to pick up the ball and caught them due to the outfield slow. The team got the first blow in the first over as Phil Salt, when Salt became the victim of Arshdeep Singh by scoring 4 runs. After this, Virat Kohli also returned to the pavilion on a private score of one run in the third over. He was also dismissed by Arshdeep.

Captain Rajat Patidar showed a little brave and scored 23 runs off 18 balls. His Yuzvendra Chahal showed the path of the pavilion. After this, the rest of the batsmen came out on the lines of Ram Gaya Ram. Tim David, who came to the crease in the seventh over, was watching the batsmen getting dismissed from one end. He also did not get a chance to do anything and he remained unbeaten by scoring 50 runs off 26 balls. Thus RCB made another short score in his house. This is the shortest score of this season. Punjab had stopped RR on the same run in the last match.
Punjab bowlers once amazing
Punjab’s bowling was very good. Every bowler performed his best. Shreyas used a total of five bowlers and all proved to be useful. Arshdeep, Chahal, Macro Yansen and Harpreet Brar took two wickets each and all bowled very economical. Punjab Kings had defended 111 runs in the first match and today have once again stopped a big team on a small score. Punjab needs 96 runs in 14 overs to win this match.
