In Retzin near Löcknitz (Vorpommern-Greifswald district), a biogas plant is on fire. Nobody was injured, as the police said. The residents were asked to keep doors and windows closed. According to the information, the extinguishing work should take several hours. The fire was probably broken out in the area of the drying system, it said.
