A 55-year-old cyclist has been crashed into a standing car in Korschenbroich (Rhein-Kreis Neuss) and was seriously injured. According to the police, the man was on the L361 with his racing bike in the afternoon when he drove against the car on the side strip at a crossing. The reason for this was still unclear.
The man was taken to a hospital with a rescue helicopter. The five -member Familythat was in the car was not injured. The scene of the accident was closed to the duration of the investigation. The police have started the investigation into the cause of the accident
