The judge said to the sound carriers: “If you listen to this, it really spoke out.” He also emphasized: “Those who listen to this have turned wrong a few times in their lives.”
Money is also collected
It was initially unclear whether the 35-year-old had to go to prison-given the duration of the custody. His two defenders had previously spoken out for a maximum of two years and eight months – a possible residual penalty was to be suspended because their client had been in custody for 16 months.
However, a court spokeswoman said that this was not an automatism that the rest of the punishment must be explicitly exposed to probation. So it could be that the man had to go to prison. The Attorney General Celle had requested a penalty of three years and eight months. The judgment is not yet final.
In addition, the money earned with the plates should be collected from the 35 -year -old – it is estimated that it was a good 30,000 euros, said the judge. Preserved plates should also be collected. Continued despite the suspended sentence
The prosecutor had already said at the beginning of the trial: “The recordings open to hate.” Because: The men between the ages of 35 and 54 produced dozens of songs with calls to violence against foreigners and with National Socialist ideology. Approaches on asylum seekers accommodation were approved in this, against the Jewish population was raised and the Holocaust was denied.
The 35-year-old is a collector and wanted to become self-employed, said the judge. According to the court, he drove out the CDs and records from his place of residence in Bardowick near Lüneburg and a shop in Hamburg – together with the four other men. Despite his suspended sentence of 2020, he continued.
Hundreds of sound carriers secured during searches
A Hamburg (55 years old) and a Sachse (46 years old) living in the Schleswig-Holstein Eschburg were also in the sights of the judiciary, both received probation sentences. The Hamburger must also pay 7,200 euros to the Anne Frank Center in Berlin, the Sachse 3,600 euros to the organization doctors without borders. The background to the process was searches in five federal states in autumn 2023, and hundreds of sound carriers were secured. Since 2018, men have spread National Socialist, anti -Semitic slogans and racist ideology.
