Dhanbad News: Enrollment process starts in 25 percent seats of 76 private schools

Dhanbad News: Enrollment process has been started in 25 percent seats of 76 private schools in the district. This time there is to be enrollment in class One along with LKG, UKG. Under RTE, the number of seats was sought from schools, but about 15 private schools have not provided the list. In such a situation, the process has been started by adding the seats of the old list. Later, the list of nominations will be submitted to those schools. For LKG/Nursery, there is a limit ranging from three and a half years to four and a half years, Prap/UKG from four and a half years to five and a half years and for classes one from five and a half years to seven years. Calculation of age is scheduled 31 March 2025.

There will be enrollment of 20 selected children who have been deprived last year:

In the application, selected children for enrollment in session 2024-25, who were recommended for enrollment under RTE, refused to take nominations citing delay. The enrollment of these 20 children will also be done in this session.

Applications can be made by 10 May:

Private schools have to be applied for enrollment in LKG, UKG and class one. During this time, the application of children can be done till May 10.

If there is enrollment in all three classes, there will be around 1500 seats:

If enrollment is done in all three classes, then there will be about 1500 seats in BPL enrollment. Among them, there are 870 seats in nursery, 290 in Prep and 340 seats in class One.

Photo is to be given with location:

During the online application, parents and child have to upload the photo outside the house. It should also have GPS based location. It will have to be recorded in the right habitat and longitude.

Need these papers

-The birth certificate of the child issued by the competent officer and the details of the Aadhar card of the parents.

-If the child is living in another place in Dhanbad, then the Aadhaar number of the guardian is also necessary.

Even after the application is submitted, it will not be edited.

-The certificate should be less than 72 thousand rupees. Do not be released before August 2024.

-The distance between school’s house to school is less than 6 km or equal. Students with short distance will be given high priority.
