Case of attack on IAF Wing Commander
A new twist has come to light on the case on the wing commander of the Indian Air Force (IAF) in Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. IAF Wing Commander Shiladitya Bose has been booked for alleged attempt to murder. CCTV footage denied the initial claims of the Wing Commander.
Army officer was seen attacking in CCTV
In CCTV footage, the Wing Commander has been seen physically attacking the employee of a bike rider call center. The incident occurred near Tin Factory Junction on the morning of Monday (22 April), when Bose and his wife were going to the airport.
FIR lodged on complaint of call center employee
Wing Commander Bose is currently in Kolkata. As part of the ongoing investigation by the Bengaluru Police, they may be called for questioning soon. The injured bike rider Vikas Kumar, who is an employee of a call center. On the basis of his complaint, the Bappanahalli police have registered an FIR.
Wing commander filed a case in these sections
The FIR against the Wing Commander includes serious allegations under the Code of India (BNS). It includes Section 108 (Ukasana), 115 (2) (attempts to commit a crime punishable by death or life imprisonment), 304 (non -perfect homicide of murder), 324 (voluntarily hurt by dangerous weapons or means), and 352 (use of criminal forces apart from serious provisions.
Deadly attack on not talking in Kannada- Wing Commander
At around 6 am on Monday morning, when Bose and his wife Squadron Leader Madhumita Dutta were going from Bengaluru to Kolkata to catch a flight. Then he was attacked. Bose has uploaded a video with a blood -soaked face on the social media platform X. In this, he alleged that a bike rider abused him for not talking in Kannada. He claimed that the bike rider carelessly drove the car, stopped in front of his car and attacked him.
Local people did not save- Wing commander
Bose said in his video, ‘I kept shouting and asking people whether the people of the armed forces serving the country in Karnataka are treated in the same way?’ He said that leaving some senior citizens, the local people did not interfere in the matter.
