A father who sexually abused his daughter and who is also said to have offered nine -year -olds on the Internet for rape stands in front of the Berlin district court. The 53-year-old said at the beginning of the trial that he was guilty. However, it was never seriously intended to hand over the girl to foreign men. The defense lawyer said it was “erotic to write something like that” for his client.
13 acts are charged with the man who was convicted of sexual criminal offenses. In the years 2023 and 2024, he is said to have sexually touched his daughter in three cases in the family’s apartment in Berlin-Neukölln and made it several times. On several days in October 2024, he had his daughter for an erotic platform on the Internet unknown users abuse Offered and sent intimate recordings from her, the indictment continues.
Dispropered names dispute as the trigger of the deeds
The 53-year-old said that after a conviction in 2008 he wanted to start a “completely new life” with a new partner. Three children together emerged from the relationship. In recent years, however, there has always been a dispute and allegations of the woman against him. She also had a new relationship. “It was all too much, so it came to the deeds,” said the accused. He consumed alcohol and “wrote the texts without thinking”. However, there were no serious offers.
After his arrest in November 2024, contact with his children and his partner at the time was canceled, the accused said. He has now given up custody. “What I did to the children is infinitely sorry.” The process for sexual abuse of protected protection, preparation of the sexual abuse of children as well as the production and spread of child pornography will continue on April 24th.
