At the same time, 112 evidence, 1192 documents, 102 articles and 125 -page written debate were presented by the government.

At the same time, the fifth accused Shahbaz was acquitted in the benefit of suspicion. The four who were sentenced challenged the sentence in the High Court. A bench of the High Court acquitted all four on March 29, 2023 and also confirmed the decision to acquit Shahbaz Hussain.

In fact, the whole matter is related to a bomb found in Chandpol, Jaipur on 13 May 2008. The bomb was defused by security squads. On 13 May 2008, there were a total of eight bomb blasts in Jaipur city. After this the ninth bomb was found near Chandpol Bazaar, which was defused. There were bombs one after the other at Manak Chowk Khanda, Chandpol Gate, Badi Chaupar, Chhoti Chaupar, Tripolia Gate, Johri Bazaar and Sanganeri Gate in Jaipur. 71 people lost their lives in these bomb blasts and 180 others were injured.
