India’s famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner Elvish Yadav made racist and derogatory remarks about Miss Arunachal and Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chum Drang, after which he is again caught in controversy. On Tuesday (April 22), he appeared in the NCW Delhi office after being called for questioning regarding his ugly comments. The matter came into the limelight when Elvish had made fun of his character in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ in his podcast with silver broker in his podcast.
Elvish Yadav publicly apologized
After exiting the office, he spoke to the media and apologized to everyone. He said, “As we move forward in life, age increases, then there are many people who did not understand my intention.” He further said, ‘I agree that if people are having trouble with my statements, then I must have said something wrong. Because of this I went inside the NCW office and apologized. I have no personal enmity against anyone, nor do I have any malice against anyone. I have apologized.
Elvish made racist remarks on Kiss Darang
Those who do not know, let them know that the dispute started when Elvish Yadav made objectionable remarks on the actress during the podcast with Bigg Boss 18 contestant silver dalal. In the podcast aired on 11 February 2025, Elvish made fun of Chum Darang’s name and caste, making lewd comments about his role in his appearance and superhit film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. Elvish said, ‘Karanvir was sure because who likes kiss, brother, how bad is the taste and kiss is pornographic in the name … the name is done in Kiss and Kama Gangubai Kathiawadi. Herself is obscene… her name is Kiss and she has worked in Gangubai Kathiawadi. ‘
