Significantly, this verdict was given on 17 March of Allahabad High Court in a case related to the rape attempt with a minor girl. The Supreme Court has also stayed the comments made in the Allahabad High Court’s decision. The Supreme Court has also issued notice to the UP government and the central government.
The Supreme Court has asked the Solicitor General and the Attorney General to assist the court during the hearing. Justice Gawai said that we are sorry for using such harsh words by a judge. The Supreme Court said that according to the instructions of the CJI, this matter has been taken into consideration. We have seen the order of the High Court. Some paragraphs of the High Court order such as 24, 25 and 26 reflect the complete lack of sensitivity by the judge and it is not that the decision is taken in a hurry. The decision is pronounced 4 months after the reserve. The Supreme Court said that the victim’s mother has also approached the court and her petition should also be associated with it.
