What makes the operator produce this content is not known. However, RND has discovered abnormalities that indicate a connection to Russia: On the one hand, the time format, in which the times in the source text of the website are specified, is UTC+3 – the time zone of Moscow.
The website is located on a server in the Netherlands, but is hosted by a Russian provider and uses Russian name servers. In addition, the administrator account of the page is linked to another online profile that can be assigned to the Russian propagandist Andrej Lobur. It is also known that Alexander von Bismarck took part in a business summit in St. Petersburg in 2024.
