On August 15, 2024, the drama between Lakshmi, Rishi, and Malishka took another turn. The episode opens with Rishi sneezing repeatedly, clearly unwell from a cold. Parvati and Rohan notice Rishi’s condition, and Parvati quickly asks Rohan to fetch Lakshmi, as she remembers how Lakshmi used to care for her when she was sick. While Rishi is still struggling with his cold, Parvati tries to help by drying his wet hair, which she believes is the cause of his sickness. Rishi enjoys the attention and care from Parvati. Meanwhile, Ayush, another character in the scene, is seen trying to calm Anushka, who seems upset. Ayush tells her that she is overthinking, particularly about the idea that he might have met Shalu. Anushka makes a snide comment, and Ayush, frustrated, decides it’s pointless to continue the conversation and walks away.
Rohan eventually finds Lakshmi and asks her to accompany him, explaining that Parvati is calling for her. Parvati, hearing footsteps, assumes it’s Lakshmi and requests her to apply a medicinal balm on Rishi. However, when Parvati turns around, she is surprised to see Malishka instead of Lakshmi.
Rohan soon returns with Lakshmi, bringing her to Rishi’s room as Parvati had asked. Parvati explains to Lakshmi that she was called because she knows how to handle colds effectively. Malishka, despite her dislike for the strong smell of the balm, tries to apply it on Rishi. Lakshmi, however, instructs her on where to apply it properly, which doesn’t sit well with Malishka. She makes a snide remark about having to do something she dislikes, but Parvati steps in, telling Malishka that she doesn’t need to do it and that she’ll handle it instead. Malishka agrees and leaves the room.
Parvati then asks Lakshmi to apply the balm on Rishi herself. Lakshmi agrees and asks Rishi to remove his shirt so she can apply the balm on his chest and back. As this is happening, Malishka walks out of the washroom and sees Lakshmi attending to Rishi. Annoyed, Malishka demands to know what Lakshmi is doing. Rishi, unfazed, remarks that Lakshmi is simply doing something that Malishka couldn’t manage to do.
Later, Parvati and Rohan suggest that Lakshmi prepare a herbal remedy, Khada, for Rishi to help with his cold. Lakshmi agrees, but she has a mischievous plan. She decides to make the Khada so bitter that Rishi would never ask her to prepare it again. After preparing the concoction, Lakshmi brings it to Rishi and urges him to drink it. As expected, Rishi finds the Khada too bitter to swallow. Parvati, noticing Rishi’s struggle, tastes the Khada herself and realizes how bitter it is. She asks Lakshmi to bring some honey to make it more palatable for Rishi. Lakshmi complies, and Parvati adds honey to the Khada, making it easier for Rishi to drink. Rishi then thanks Parvati for her help. Just then, Karishma enters the scene and questions Lakshmi’s presence. Parvati explains that Lakshmi had made the Khada for Rishi because he had caught a cold. With the task completed, Lakshmi leaves with Rohan and Parvati.
Afterward, Karishma asks Malishka if everything is alright, sensing the tension in the room. Malishka, clearly upset, sarcastically responds and expresses her frustration.
As night falls, Malishka tries to make herself comfortable by removing toys from the bed, intending to sleep beside Rishi. However, Rishi places pillows between them and goes to sleep, signaling his discomfort with the situation. Malishka, lying there, blames Lakshmi for the distance between her and Rishi and vows to get back at her.
The episode concludes with Malishka plotting to teach Lakshmi a lesson, leaving viewers in anticipation of what might happen next. The dynamics between these characters continue to create tension, with each move pushing the storyline further into a complex web of relationships and emotions.
