Ashish Nehra: Gujarat Titans have registered their first win in IPL 2025 and defeated Mumbai Indians by 36 runs. In this match, Sai Sudarshan and famous Krishna performed well for Gujarat. Both these players played an important role in winning the team. But in the midst of the match, Gujarat head coach Ashish Nehra got badly angry and now its video is becoming social media viral.
Ashish Nehra lost his temper
Deepak Chahar did the 19th over in the match against Gujarat Titans. Rahul Tewatia was run out on the very first ball of this over. After this, Sherfen Rutherford also returned to the pavilion on the second ball. Deepak bowled well in the over and conceded just 7 runs. Gujarat coach Ashish Nehra lost his temper as soon as Rutherford was dismissed. He looked very angry. He stood up and shouted loudly. Nehra could not handle his anger due to falling two wickets in a single over.
Gujarat Titans have won the title in Nehra’s coaching
Ashish Nehra is the coach of Gujarat Titans since 2022. In their coaching, Gujarat’s team has won the IPL 2022 title and Gujarat made it to the finals of 2023. He makes his point to the players in an easy way and keeps the atmosphere light. His image is completely opposite to a strict coach. In such a situation, when Nehra was angry in the match against Mumbai, everyone was surprised.
Gujarat Titans won the match
In the match, Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bowl first. After this, Gujarat scored 196 runs while batting first. After this, Mumbai’s team was reduced to 160 runs. For Mumbai, no batsman could bat at the crease and bat. This is why the team lost. On the other hand, Sai Sudarshan proved to be the biggest hero for Gujarat. He scored 63 runs in 41 balls, including four fours and two sixes. The famous Krishna scored four overs in the match to give just 18 runs and took two important wickets.
