The 13 episodes of Solo Leveling Season 2 are behind us. In addition to the anticipation on Season 3 of the HIT anime, the episodes are continued to be precisely dissected.
Some differences to the Korean web Tion template from Solo Leveling are also clearly set up and theories of what is behind this decision. One of these differences is in episode 22: “We need a hero” has painted a small but fine scene without replacement.

Solo Leveling: An important detail is missing in the fight between Jin-Woo and Goto
In the 22nd episode of Solo Leveling, the S-Rank-Hunter from Korea and Japan are preparing for the upcoming fight on Jeju Island-the place where monstrous ants in turn prepare to attack the Asian peninsulas.
For this preparation, the Hunter uses a tried and tested means: Sparring fights should measure the forces of the respective participants. The most important struggle for solo leveling fans in this episode is likely to be the duel between Jin-Woo and Goto Ryuji, the strongest Hunter Japan.
In the early minutes of the fight, it looks as if Jin-Woo has an easy game because this attacks easily avoids. This is unacceptable for Goto, so Japan’s top Hunter decides to go full powder and attack the “upstair” with all its unleashed strength.

Because the web tion shows another picture of Goto that the anime is practically hiding: the Japanese Hunter is driving the sweat of fear on the forehead. In a later web Tion chapter, Goto continues to think about the outcome of the fight and says that he just “saw death in mind”.
And that is exactly why Studio A-1 Pictures should have decided not to show these scenes-because Goto dies very early at the beginning of the Jeju Island Arcs.
The common theory is that the animation studio maintain the “illusion of the same strength” between Goto and Jin-Woo in order not to spoil both its upcoming end as well as a larger shock moment.
