Sometimes the right people are in the right place at the right time – and sometimes there are even those that you would have expected the least. For example Alexander Dobrindt54, currently the head of the CSU MPs in the Bundestag. This Dobrindt, who was already talking like a right-wing populist, long before the AfD existed, is now one of the most important architects in the black and red coalition. Shortly before agreement with the SPD, Dobrindt had made up the Greens that they agreed to change the Basic Law and thus provided the start -up financing for the future government. Without Dobrindt, no agreement with the Greens, without Greens no debt package, without money no stable government. So, slightly shortened, you can tell the genesis of the past few weeks.
