What is the political meaning of Rahul’s visit to Bihar?
This is Rahul Gandhi’s third visit to Bihar since January. In view of the upcoming assembly elections, the Congress has been active in the state for the last several months. Kanhaiya Kumar’s home district is Begusarai

The ruling NDA consists of Janata Dal (United) and BJP. Begusarai is also the home district of Kanhaiya Kumar. He has been the center of attraction in the padyatra which started from East Champaran district last month.
Rahul will address ‘Constitution Security Conference’
Former JNU Students Union President Kumar contested the 2019 Lok Sabha election from Begusarai seat on the Communist Party of India (CPI) but had to face defeat. Rahul Gandhi will return to Patna from Begusarai and address the ‘Constitution Security Conference’. The state chief of the Congress said, “After this he will come to Sadaqat Ashram to address party workers.”
