Actor George Clooney, 63, decided to put up for sale the mansion he owns in Studio City, Californiaand which was his home for almost three decades.
The property, which in recent years was shared with Amal Clooney and which was purchased in 1995 after spending $2.2 million dollars, has just been sold by $14.5 million dollars.
According to the TMZ portal, which was the medium that broke the news, the house once belonged to the singer. Stevie Nicks and during his stay George made various improvements and even expanded it.
So far the identity of the new owners is unknown, but it would not be surprising if this information came to light soon. It is only known that he is someone linked to the entertainment industry.
The Clooneys’ former home was built in 1984 and has a main house of about 7,354 square feet extension and with various guest houses.
The main house, which was considered by the couple as a private oasis and is distributed over two floors, has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, garage, among many other rooms, which are unknown, since there are no photos of the interior of the property.
Outside, on his lot 3.1 acresthe Clooneys enjoyed a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a tennis court, sports fields, and guest houses, among other amenities that will be enjoyed by the new owners.
