Neubiberg – On Sunday afternoon at 2.30 p.m. there was a violent rear -end collision on the A8 at Neubiberg/Oberhaching in the direction of Salzburg. A 22-year-old from the southwestern district of Munich with his Audi RS7 drove onto a blue and black VW Golf for a previously unclear cause, the police report.
Golf driver and passenger injured
The 30-year-old from Munich at the wheel of the Golf and his 26-year-old passenger were slightly injured. The Audi driver and his 16-year-old sister were not injured. Both vehicles suffered a total loss. The police estimate the property damage at 300,000 euros. In addition, the left and the right guardrail were damaged. The Audi driver’s vehicle was slowed down by the right guardrail and came to a stop. Both vehicles were towed after the traffic accident.
