In her recent post on Instagram, Ekta Kapoor sought suggestions from her fans to lose weight. Actor Ram Kapoor, who acted in Ekta’s show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, recently claimed that his 55 kg weight was not due to Ojmpics or surgery. In her Instagram video, Ekta said that recently her weight has increased significantly and he needs suggestions to reduce it. He said, ‘What should I do, my weight has increased considerably. Should I take anti-inflammatory diet? Silence? Ojmpics? All this? Shut your mouth? Or leave? We look very good! ‘ In the caption, he wrote, “Let it be an ozapic.”

Recently, Ram Kapoor surprised the internet users with the changes that came after his weight loss. Last month, he made an Instagram video to explain that many people are asking him whether he is on ozmpics or other drugs or has done any surgery to lose 55 kg. He clarified that he is not on the Ojmpics and he has worked hard on his fitness. He said, ‘Within four to six months, I am going to get a rock solid 6-pack with the block.
