Alisa Paultron* worked in the call centers of various companies for several years. And in each of these jobs she was regularly insulted by customers. They would have blamed them if they felt unfairly treated, they would have called “fraudsters”, “neck cutter”, “stupid sow” or “stupid cow”, says Paultron. On the other hand, she tried to stay calm during such conversations, offered solutions, repeated sentences such as “I understand her anger”. It rarely just put on it. But she always felt bad after such calls.
