Now the Waqf Board will not have arbitrariness, the Waqf Board will not become a fief of some fundamentalist Maulanas. In fact, at this time, efforts are being made to incite Muslims across the country regarding the Waqf Act. The Muslim Personal Law Board is running a movement across the country. Modi said that Muslims suffered the most loss due to the policy of appeasement of the Congress. Modi said that if the Congress was worried about the Muslims, then why never made a Muslim the president of the Congress party. Modi explained that the Waqf Act that the Congress had enacted, the rights of Muslims were being killed and the new Waqf law will benefit the common Muslims. Modi said that poor Muslims were right over Waqf’s property, but the land mafia was taking advantage of it. The land from which Muslim women and children should have been good, it was being looted openly, so some radicals were having fun and Muslim youth kept making puncture. Modi said that the new Waqf law will shut down this loot.
Who is provoking Muslims on the Waqf issue?
All Maulana and especially Congress leaders are making statements on the Waqf issue. Jharkhand Congress Minister Irfan Ansari said that Sharia is above the Constitution for Muslims and the Waqf Act is interfered in the case of Sharia, which Muslims will not tolerate it nor will it be implemented in Jharkhand. Congress MP from Saharanpur, Imran Masood said that whenever the Congress government is formed, within an hour it will end Modi’s Waqf law. In Davangere, Karnataka, a local Congress leader Kabir Khan released his video statement in which he is telling the Muslim youth that there will be nothing from the protest by taking banner posters against the Waqf law, for this, there will have to be set in every village, every village will have to take sacrifices of 4-6 people, buses, trains will have to be burnt. The police have arrested Kabir Khan. It has become clear from the statements of Congress leaders that the Congress can go to any extent for appeasement and it is true that Narendra Modi’s policy of appeasement has done a lot of damage to the country. Politics of appeasement has also done a lot of harm to Muslims. Most political parties considered Muslims as vote banks, used them and left. It is true that on the strength of his hard work, Muslim doctors, engineers, IAS, IPS officers, scientists became scientists, showed excellent work in every field but the number of such Muslims is less. The number of poor backward Muslims is more and the reason is not a secret. He was put back in writing by giving preference to religion. Muslims were engaged in such works where income is low. After Modi became Prime Minister, appeasement stopped and there was no discrimination in giving benefits of government schemes. All the government schemes like ration, house, electricity, treatment, Muslims got full benefit. Modi said that he wants to see the Quran in one hand of Muslims, computers in the other hand. Computerization work has been done on a large scale in madrasas. Now the number of Muslim students studying in schools, colleges is increasing rapidly, but it is also true that the distance between Hindus and Muslims has increased, the walls of hatred have become higher. Those who take votes of Muslims sometimes scare them in the name of CAA, sometimes in the name of Waqf law. To put pressure on the government, they provoke Muslims.
Protest in Bengal: Was rioters open exemption?
In the name of opposition to the Waqf Act, several districts of Bengal were set on fire. Violence and arson were carried out in South Twenty -four Parganas, East Vardhman and Murshidabad. In Murshidabad, the condition came under control after the deployment of BSF on the orders of the Calcutta High Court, but after the April 11 violence, a large number of Hindus have left the house from Jafarabad and Dhulian towns in Murshidabad. More than four hundred Hindus of Murshidabad have taken refuge in Malda after crossing the Ganges. These Hindu families have been appointed by the government in the government school in Malda, but these riot victims are neither allowed to leave the school, nor is anyone being allowed inside. Two people died on 11 April in Murshidabad violence. A mob of rioters killed his father and son. After this, stones at Hindus shops, houses and houses. Then tried to set the houses on fire, looted the shops, then set fire. Due to this, Hindus of Murshidabad are badly scared. In the areas of Bengal where there were incidents of arson, sabotage, Muslims live in large numbers. Hindus are being intimidated there. If there will be fear of mixing poison in a water tank in the area of Hindus, there will be a fear of misconduct with women, then people will be forced to leave home. The rioters, intimidants, assume that the state police will not say anything to them. They also know that whatever the police will do, they will be token action only for showing. And such things are strengthened when the leaders of the Trinamool Congress say violence, people from Bangladesh and BSF is responsible for it. When Mamata Banerjee says that she will not allow Waqf’s law to be implemented in West Bengal, then the courage of such people increases. 30 percent of Bengal Muslims are a big vote bank for Mamta.
