Free 49%!? Ah the cow!
I am at Free, and one day I had a fiber pulling in the PBO it was a Sunday in August (I remember it perfectly because it was the day of my birthday), it was 6 p.m. when it was produced, I called direct on 1033.
The next day, a technician token at my door, and at 4 p.m. the line was restored.
On the other hand at the time, for the installation of my line, I had at first visit a subcontractor, I was going to see my trustee to have the key to the local, who had told me that the techs had passes, when the guy arrived at 9 a.m. (the appointment was at 8 a.m.), he had not and to call a colleague who told him that he was not far away and that he was coming, the guy said he was going to wait in his car? At 2 p.m. still no one, I called Free to ask them what it was, they replied that the tech had closed the intervention by putting “ineligible” all that because it had no key!
The tech which came after had free flocked clothes, the installation at my house was problematic, but Free dropped anything, they came 4x and we properly install ducts in the outbuildings, pierced with the slab and installed with my home while invisible! Amazing !
My brother at Free too, received the visit of a subcontractor, and the horror, the tech forced him to install his box in the kitchen, saying that it was impossible to put it in the living room, it is a 20-year-old low-voltage electrician nephews that redone the installation in less than an hour and everything now.
The subcontractors are a wound!
