In the evening, the largest report to date on biodiversity in Germany was presented in Bonn: the Biodiversity fact check. And the results are, at least at first glance, devastating. According to this, around 60 percent of the habitats are in inadequate or poor condition. A third of the 30,000 recorded species are endangered and three percent are already extinct.
