Maihar: Keeping in mind the sentiments of the devotees in view of the Chaitra Navratri festival, which runs from March 30 to April 7 in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh, the district administration has issued an order to ban the sale of meat, fish and eggs. SDM Vikas Singh issued an order saying that this ban has been imposed to maintain religious purity during Navratri and to honor the faith of devotees. During this time, meat, fish and eggs will not be sold at any place in the city.
