Accused showing beating in CCTV footage
A shocking incident has come to light from Nelmangala, the outskirts of Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka, a person admitted to a private rehabilitation center was beaten up with a behest. It was told that the case was done in the month of February, but now the CCTV footage of the incident has come out, on the basis of which the police registered a Suo Moto case and arrested the owner of the Private Rehabilitation Center. Along with vandalism on the patient living in the reform home, a photo of cutting the cake with a sword in the hands of the accused also came to light, after which the police have also registered a case against him under the Arms Act.
Accused seen beating badly in CCTV
In the center seen in CCTV footage, a person is seen brutally beating him with a stick, while others are standing and watching. As the video moves forward, the victim is repeatedly dragged and then beaten. After this, another man also comes there and he also continues to beat him with a stick.
Police gave this information
In the case, villagers Bangalore Superintendent of Police CK Baba said that the incident is a few months old but the victim did not complain at the time that it could not be ascertained, as soon as the CCTV footage of the incident became public, the police took self -cognizance and arrested the owner of the main accused i.e. Rehabilitation Center. As soon as the incident was detected, the Bengaluru Rural Police raided the center and registered a case against both the warden and the owner in connection with the attack. The owner has been arrested. The victim does not live there now, he has gone from there a long time ago.
CK Baba further said that some more pictures of the main person of this center, who are also seen in this video, have also appeared in which he is seen celebrating Birthday while waving a drawer. The incident occurred a few days ago at a private reviews center at Nelmangala Rural Police Station Limits. With this information, the police registered a case and the owner of this center has been arrested.
