Many children are familiar with playing basketball with their dad. Competing with dad in the best basketball league in the world is new, however. The basketball season starts in North America at the end of October. Then the time has come: basketball superstar LeBron James and his son Bronny both play for the Los Angeles Lakers team.
“It’s such a crazy feeling, being in training with your dad and competing at this level,” says 19-year-old Bronny. His father, LeBron James, is already looking forward to the games. “It’s pure joy to come to work every day and work with your son.”
“Papa” or “Bron”?
However, the two still have to clarify one question: What will Bronny call his father during the games when he wants to shout something to him? Dad or something else? “Bron would be the easiest, I think,” says the son. But he also believes that his father will know who he is talking about, no matter what he says.
